At Building Better Bodies we believe that developing a strong mental fortitude is essential. To achieve optimal performance mind and body must work together.
Negative self-talk, excess tension, distractions and misdirected focus are negative factors. These self defeating psychological factors are so powerful that they may easily negate thousands of hours of training.
Being a successful parent, business owner or student athlete requires
leading a balanced lifestyle. Family, friends, work, church, etc.
can be overwhelming and lead to an unbalanced lifestyle. Balance is
essential. At Building Better Bodies all of our training
programs incorporate various types of mental excellence training.
