Overview - Our Training Philosophy
Athlete safety is one of Building Better Bodies primary concerns. The general to specific, simple to complex step-wise approach offered, insures that participants will be possess a working knowledge of the training requirements (skills drills etc) demonstrate competence and be challenged at the same time. The ability to start, stop and change position or direction places a tremendous amount of stress on the joints, ligaments and tendons. At Building Better Bodies we believe that these areas should be addressed and developed in a step-wise manner. Charmas Lee's Personal Coaching Mission Statement As the Director of Coaching, I promise to set a shining example for the athlete, serving every participant faithfully and industrially, using the athletic venue to prepare each athlete for competition in sport and in life.
