Fall Strength for Speed Program
Starting September 6, 2010 and lasting up to 12 weeks

In order to be competitive in athletics, a high level of preparation, discipline, desire and sacrifice are required. Building Better Bodies is offering a High Performance Training Program designed to give you that competitive edge. This program can be used to compliment your current sport or as special preparation for your summer season.
